Beef and Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 200g pack sliced lean beef
  • 1 stir fry vegetable pack
  • 1 packet ready-cooked rice
  • [OR fresh noodles]
  • Soy sauce
  • Mirrin
  • Ginger
  • Garlic

Method

  1. Marinade beef slices in soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the beef on a high heat with the soy sauce, mirrin, ginger and garlic.
  3. Once browned, add the vegetables. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the rice and cook for another couple of minutes.
