Classic Fairy Cakes

Ingredients
- 8 ounces butter
- 8 ounces caster sugar
- 8 ounces self-raising flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- Optional: chocolate chips, fudge chunks
- Betty Crocker icing
- Sprinkles etc.
Method
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the vanilla extract and cream well. Taste.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Stir in the flour and add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Add chocolate chips / fudge chunks if using.
- Bake at 180c for 20-25 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
