Ingredients
- 2 portions ham stock
 
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
 
- 4 or 5 carrots
 
- 2 leeks
 
- 2 packs butternut squash
 
- Handful of cooked ham
 
- 1 tin cannellini beans
 
- 1 tin chick peas
 
- Half a mug of mini pasta
 
Method
- Start heating the stock; add the chopped tomatoes and stir.
 
- Dice the carrots and squash roughly. Thinly slice the leek. Add all vegetables and stir. Can also add sweet potato / onion / celery depending on what is available.
 
- Thoroughly rinse the beans; add and stir.  Add the chopped ham.
 
- Simmer for a couple of hours. Add more water if the taste is too strong. About half an hour before serving, add the pasta. Check the seasoning.
